Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Husn Bazar. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products, pricing and currency

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Handmade and natural variation

Many of our pieces are finished by hand and set with natural stones. Colour, grain, hue and finish can vary slightly from the photographs and from one piece to another. This variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Screens also render colour differently, so the shade you see may not exactly match the item.

Materials and care

Material descriptions are given on each product page. Plated finishes wear over time with exposure to moisture, perfume and friction. Please follow the care instructions provided with your piece.

Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are indicative. Occasionally an item sells out before stock updates; if that affects your order we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is collected by the courier on delivery. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, imagery, logos and design, belongs to Husn Bazar or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your delivery address and contact details. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
