Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, pouch or gift box must be included.
  • Any attached tags must still be in place.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to start a return.

Items we cannot accept

  • Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken.
  • Custom, engraved or made-to-order pieces.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration after delivery.

How to start a return

Email hello@husnbazar.pk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and send return instructions.

Please do not send an item back before we have confirmed the return.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason, return shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Cash on Delivery orders: because there is no card to refund, approved refunds for COD orders are paid by bank transfer. We will ask for your account details after the return is approved. We will never ask for your card PIN, full card number or online banking password.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
