Shipping policy
We ship across Pakistan and to selected international destinations.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders within Pakistan, with no minimum order value.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
All prices shown on the site include applicable taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Made-to-order and engraved pieces may take longer; the product page will say so.
Delivery estimates
- Standard, within Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Express, within Pakistan: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, where available.
- International: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on the courier and can be affected by weather, public holidays and local conditions.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide within Pakistan, subject to courier coverage for your area. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. COD may not be available for high-value orders or for international destinations.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we can re-send it once you cover the additional shipping cost.
